View a customer's profile from a conversation
The contact panel in a conversation shows the customer's pinned fields. For the full profile, open Contacts and then Profile.
#In the conversation
The panel shows the fields your workspace has pinned. Values found by enrichment carry a small LF mark, for LeadFuze.
#In the full profile
The profile is a set of cards. Each card is only as tall as what it holds. A card with nothing in it says so.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Contact details | The customer's Name and Tags. Edit them and select Save profile. |
| Marketing email | A switch showing Subscribed, Unsubscribed or Not subscribed, with when and where it was last set. |
| About | Fields your product sends about this person. If there are none, it says "Nothing else yet." |
| Enrichment | What LeadFuze found, grouped under Person and Company. It also shows an ICP badge (Strong, Good or Weak), the score out of 100, and when the lookup ran. |
| Billing | Their Stripe subscriptions and billing fields, with a badge such as active, trialing, past due or cancelled. |
The right-hand side lists their conversations, the journeys they are in, and their recent activity. If there is nothing yet, you see "No conversations yet.", "Not in any journey yet." or "No activity yet."
#Names found by enrichment
If a customer has not given a name, the profile can show the name LeadFuze found. It is marked From enrichment. The Name box stays empty and shows that name as a suggestion. Type a name there to set your own.
#Marketing email
The Marketing email switch is off and cannot be changed if the contact has no email address. It also cannot be changed if the address is unsubscribed or suppressed. In that case marketing email is blocked and cannot be re-enabled from the profile.
#How values are shown
- Stripe amounts are shown in the subscription's currency.
- Yes/no values show as Yes or No.
- Dates show with the time when the value has one.
- Web addresses become links that open in a new tab.
