Receive the daily digest of support activity

The daily digest is one email a day that summarises your support activity and points you to what needs a person. HelpWell sends it only when something needs attention.

#When it is sent

  • It goes once a day.
  • It is designed to arrive at 8:00 local time.
  • It comes from your support address.
  • It is skipped on days when nothing needs a person. No email means nothing is waiting for you.

#What it contains

The email opens with a headline that counts the items needing you, for example "Three things need you". Under the headline, a summary line reports how many conversations the AI agent handled yesterday and how many it resolved on its own. The example reads: "Fern handled 41 conversations yesterday and resolved 38 on its own."

The header shows your product name and the date.

Note

The digest source material does not say who receives the digest or how to change that. Check your notification preferences for the options available to you.
